Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, but all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective covers. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, and we cannot refund any customs or import duties paid during international shipping. Exchanges follow the same process, and customers must cover shipping for sending the replacement product.
